To install OpenSim you will need to:

| To begin installing OpenSim, go to the location where you previously saved the installation program (e.g., your Desktop) and double click the file. An Open File – Security Warning will appear. Confirm you want to run this software by clicking the Run button. The OpenSim Setup Wizard will launch. Close all other applications, and then click the Next button to continue. The license terms for OpenSim will be displayed. It is recommended that you review these terms before installing. If appropriate, click the I Agree button to continue. The next screen will ask you to select the folder in which to install OpenSim. Choose the folder and click the Next button to continue. It may take several minutes to install OpenSim. Once OpenSim has been installed. If you don't have the visual studio distribution You may be prompted with the another installation dialog to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Click Yes to install the Visual C++ Redistributable on your computer. Afterwards, click the Finish button to close the Setup Wizard and complete the installation.

Run Installation Program on Mac
A setup wizard will guide you through the installation process on Mac, as well.
