The top level directory contained in the zip folder is /AddBiomechanics, and contains two subdirectories: /AddBiomechanics/Data and /AddBiomechanics/Results. The Data folder contains the model file, marker trajectories, and ground reaction forces needed to complete the workshop. The text editor you choose should support XML formatting since modifying the OpenSim model file will be necessary. The Results folder contains result files already processed by AddBiomechanics, which will be necessary in the latter half of the tutorial, but may be also useful if technical difficulties occur.
