- Close and relaunch your Terminal window.

Alternatively you can run the bash script included with 4.1 distribution on Mac OS located at /Applications/OpenSim\ 4.1 <OpenSim Installation Folder>/bin/opensim-install-command-line.sh to execute the above two lines.
From then on, you can refer to opensense and opensim-cmd from anywhere on your Mac.
