In this lecture we will go through the key steps needed to import motion data recorded from your lab directly into the OpenSim framework. We will then work with two important tools in OpenSim:
- the scaling tool
- the inverse kinematics tool
We will explore different ways of scaling a generic musculoskeletal model as well as the impact this step has on the computation of Musculotendon kinematics and joint angle trajectories. Please, find the lecture slides from the link below:
