The OpenSim Graphical User Interface (GUI) is available in binary form for use in commercial or non-commercial settings provided you acknowledge its use and you do not redistribute the software, as described in the license below:

The OpenSim GUI is an application for musculoskeletal modeling and simulation. It is supported by Simbios, the NIH National Center for Physics-Based Simulation of Biological Structures at Stanford, funded under the NIH Roadmap for Medical Research, grant U54 GM072970. It is additionally supported by the National Center for Simulation in Rehabilitation Research (NCSRR), a National Center for Medical Rehabilitation Research supported by research infrastructure grant R24 HD065690 from the National Institute of Child Health & Human Development and the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering, and by DARPA through the Warrior Web Program.
