Hands-on Exercise 1
In this exercise you will learn process movement data using the MOtoNMS software tool . The processed data will then be used to perform inverse kinematics (IK) and inverse dynamics (ID) analysis on a scaled OpenSim musculoskeletal model. The IK and ID analyses will be ran using MATLAB scripting tools and the OpenSim APIs. Finally, you will learn to use MATLAB to batch process multiple IK and ID simulations and explore the relative results. Please find the exercise material attached to this page.
